This is our founding principle. We are passionate about the general discipline of construction and the superior quality of our achievements is a true source of pride for us. We consider customer satisfaction to be the cornerstone of all our construction and renovation projects.
Our combined thirty years of experience give us the ability to better comprehend the stakes our clients face. Proactive and rigorous, we take the time to define the needs in order to offer the best option at the most favourable cost. Our approach is as transparent as it is rigorous and we prioritize commitment.
Over the past few years, we have carried out several construction projects across the province, particularly in the Greater Montreal area. Our successful projects have all been completed by respecting budgets and deadlines with a high satisfaction from the customer.
Philippe L'Écuyer and John Redmond combine more than thirty years of experience in construction projects. Our extensive expertise serves all sectors: light and heavy residential, commercial, industrial and institutional. Our design-build service handles the entire project, from design to completion, including architectural, engineering and licensing services. Accustomed to collaborative work, we also carry out renovations from your architectural plans. In addition, we have LEED certification.
Philippe L’Écuyer has been immersed in the field of construction since his early age and has now been a carpenter-joiner since 2005. From 2008 to 2012, he was living in Alberta where he built residential projects, totalling 50 houses. Since his return to Québec, he has been pursuing real estate development and has now completed more than 300 units. In 2013, he joined forces with John Redmond, with whom he shared the same entrepreneurial vision.
With a Bachelor of Construction Engineering from ÉTS, John Redmond first worked as a project
manager in the construction department at Gaz Métro. He then worked for 6 years at Broccolini Construction, where he managed multi-million-dollar construction projects. Engineer and PA LEED certified, he is now Chief Operating Officer at L’Écuyer Redmond Construction.
